Spotify is overcharging me for a $9.99 1 month account

So I signed up for spotify 30 day free trial and I cancelled my subscription on the last day. A few days later, I come back and checked the reciepts and I have apparently payed for a 1 month premium plan without my knowledge. When I call my bank, they have told me the charge was $31?? and not $9.99! when I tried to cancel the order, they told me to contact spotify. I am a bit frustrated and would like some help.
