Spotify is robbing me

I've just had Spotfy charge me for a subcription I did not take out.  I have no idea why Spotify even has my credit card number.  I have been unable to contact Spotify becuase their contact form is first, incredibly well hidden and second, doesn't work.  Awful customer service, just woeful.  Please get in touch immediately.  I absolutely insist that Spofify first refunds my money and then deletes my credit card information.

Unfortunately, billing issues can't be dealt with here on the community due to the nature of the details needed. Please get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form (this is an alternative link which should hopefully work for you) and they will be able to assist you further with this. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I would also strongly suggest if you did not subscribe to Spotify you contact the fraud department of your bank as someone else must have used your details.
