Spotify is saying my email is attached to an account, but when I try and reset it says no account

Spotify is saying my email is attached to an account, but when I try and reset it says no account

I am trying to get my spotify onto my old email again bc I don't use the email it is on now but when I try and change the email back it says that email is already taken. But when I go to account recovery it says that my email is not attached to any account. Does anyone know what I should do?

No really sure what you mean exactly, however i recommend trying a different web page / incognito page for the process to see if that helps.
