Spotify isnt recognizing my facebook account and i cant login anywhere

My spotify account is my facebook account, I made the spotify account with my facebook account, and now spotify isn't recognizing that I have a facebook account linked to spotify. Because of this I can't login in, not on m phone, nor my computer. I checked and my facebook is still synced to spotify according to my faebook account, but spotify wont recognze it. Help
