Spotify just deleted all my followers

So I can't see the activity of anyone I'm following (not that this functionality has been working properly since the get go) and Spotfiy is saying I have 0 followers. Not very cool.

Now all my followers are back but all the people I'm following have been erased. What's going on?

Instead of the ridiculous Discover page which doesn't ever tell me about bands I want to listen to or haven't already it would be nice if you guys could focus on getting the social element right which is easily the best way of discovering new music.

I'll escalate this to the staff so they can check your account to see if there are any errors.

In the mean time, Have you tried a quick Clean reinstallation of Spotify? May just refresh all the account stuff.
