Spotify keep disconnecting from PS4

Hello,

I'm getting extremely annoyed by the fact that Spotify keeps disconnecting from PS4 every 10/20 minutes and is the only App on my PS4 that does that. I'm using Facebook and Google accounts to connect everything together and I can't really see why this happens. Can please somebody help?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

If you normally log in to your Spotify account on your PS4 using Facebook, would you mind making a little change and using Spotify Connect? Once you do, select LOG IN WITH PIN. Then, on your phone or computer, go to www.spotify.com/pair and enter the pin you see on your screen. Then, it'd be great if you'd proceed to  link your accounts here (or in any other ways you'd prefer).
