Spotify keeps deleteing account password

I've had my spotify account for years, with no problems up until now.

Spotify seems to be deleting my password -entirely- as frequently as every day, up to every few days. When relaunching the app (Windows 10 application), I will be logged out and my password will not be functional. I cannot use it to log into the app, the website, anything. The only thing I can do is get Spotify to send me a reset link, which makes me create a new password each time.

On top of all of this, spotify has deleted -all- of my playlists. I had several playlists ranging from 50-150 songs, and all of them are gone.

Spotify premium is quickly becoming more of a liability than a luxury. What is the solution to these problems?
