So i figured out a way to fix it dont promise this will fix it for every1 with this problem but worked

step 1 Download this Spotify Download 0.9.15.27 not uptodate as i understand

step 2 This step is only if u get an error thats somthing like this something worng with your soundcard spotify cant play then u need to change soundcard settings in this case it was realtek HD audio manager that was my driver i changed from stero to 5.1 and 7.1 since i got a headset thats 7.1 and a surround system with 5.1

step 3 restart and enjoy

Hello and welcome to the community!
This doesn't sound right. Please try uninstalling and then re-installing the client.
Hope this helped!

i tried did not work 🙂

Does it happen to all other devices? For example, if you use desktop, web player works? An android app?

Usually one of the above replies solves this, but the only thing that comes to my mind to suggest is a clean re-installation (a tutorial on how here:https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Community-Blog/Tutorial-Windows-How-to-Fix-Error-17-Install...
