Spotify keeps logging me out ("account is being used elsewhere") even after signing out everywhere

Spotify keeps logging me out ("account is being used elsewhere") even after signing out everywhere

Spotify keeps logging me out of my iPhone with the message "Spotify has been paused because your account is being used somewhere else". This is making the app unusable. I tried logging into my account page and clicking "sign out everywhere". I immediate sign into the app on my iPhone, try to resume playing, and I still get the message after about 5-10 seconds.

 

Anyone of thoughts? It's making my account unusable and I miss my music.

Sounds like someone else may have gained access to your Spotify account. I'd recommend  checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.
