My Question or Issue

 For the past week Spotify keeps kicking me out and giving me a message that my user name or password is incorrect. I have to do a password reset to get access, then it works fine but if I close the player on my desktop and try to open again I have to go through the same process all over again!

Any advice on how to get rid of this hassle?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
