Spotify keeps pausing ("spotify has been paused because your account is being used somewhere else")

Spotify keeps pausing and giving me the message "spotify has been paused because your account is being used somewhere else".

I've rest my password. 

I've revoked access to all apps.

I've removed all offline devices.

And it still keeps pausing.

Any tips as to how to solve this??
