Spotify keeps signing me out

i Have a iPhone and a Mac. Everytime I open Spotify on either device I’m signed out. I don’t know exactly how long it take to sign me out but I listen about 2x a day and both times I have to sign back in and it’s really annoying. It didn’t use to do this before. I’ve deleted and redownloaded on both devices.  The red box with error code 127 comes up and I’ve tried researching it and doing what other people say but nothing’s worked. I also use Facebook to sign in. HELP!

Please try the following steps and let me know if it helps:

1. Delete Spotify Application

Drag Spotify from Applications to the Trash

2. Clear spotify Cache

Open Finder, hold down the Option key and Select Library from the Go menu.

From Library, select Caches. Drag folders that start with com.spotify to the Trash

Return to the Library folder and select Application Support. Drag the Spotify folder to the Trash.

3. Download and re-install spotify

Download the Spotify installer for Mac and run a fresh install of Spotify.
