Spotify keeps taking a duplicate payment each month, why when I keep telling them of the mistake !

I have on preovious occasions brought to your attention that you keep taking duplicate payments from my account. And it has happened again this month, and I am still waiting for last months to get sorted !!

Unhappy New Year, Spotify still keeps duplicating my monthly subscription payments and has been doing so for several months despite numerous requests not to do so !
