Spotify linked to Facebook and lost playlists?

My spotify account has accidentally linked to my Facebook account.

I can now no longer see any of my play lists and it has downgraded me to free not premium.

I thought it had just expired or something so I signed up again as a student but now I still can't see my playlists AND I think I have two subscriptions, one for £10 and one for £5. Please can an admin recombine my two accounts and cancel the £10 subscription and make sure I can see my playlists?

Very inconvenient and annoying. Spotify has been brilliant for the last 5 years but this has wasted loads of my time trying to update/relog/resubscribe.

Oh no, that sounds awful. For duplicate accounts, kindly contact Spotify's customer support via this form. Or via twitter @SpotifyCares, they're pretty responsive there too 🙂

For lost playlist, you can retrieve them by logging into your spotify account > recover playlist. You should see them listed there. Hope this helps and good luck.
