Spotify linked to old FB account that was cancelled, so unable to login

Help!!!

I created a spotify premium account using FB credentials, the FB account has since been closed and I'm unable to login to sportify with other devices as I can;t find my membership ID.

The old version of software listed the membership number, but can;t seem to find one with the updated app.

Can somone sort my account so it is no longer linked to the deleted FB one?

When I try and get onto the portal and put my email address in, it says this was created with a FB account, try changing your password in FB...
