My Question or Issue

Spotify account (linked with facebook) email not changing despite having set a new email address as primary email on facebook and having deleted the old email address from facebook. It has been a month since I did this, and the email has not changed yet.

The reason I posted this topic is because I couldn't find another way to directly contact spotify. I have now found a way to do so, and have sent spotify support a message about my issue. 🙂

Hello @Crynok! Thanks for reaching out. 

Unfortunately, if your account was created via Facebook, you can't currently change your email address (even if you changed your Facebook account's one). If your account wasn't created through Facebook, you should be able to change it in your Spotify account page. You can find more info about this here.
