Spotify login goes wrong

I can login on the Spotify website without any problems. But when I want to sign in on my mobile (Windows Phone) or on my computer (Macbook) I receive the notification that my password is wrong. This notification also says 'errorcode 3' (see the picture below). I changed my password several times but without any succes. Do you guys have any idea how to solve this problem?

Sorry to that it didn't work.

 

Just follow the link below and you will be able to contact the Spotify support:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

If you get a message that redirects you to the Spotify Community or the @Spotifycares please reply back to that message even though it's a no-reply.

Have you tried to follow these steps below:

 

Check that you have an active internet connection.
Make sure youโ€™re on the right login screen:
o If you made your account with Facebook, tap LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK.
o If you made your account with a username and password, enter those and tap LOG IN.

Note: Make sure youโ€™re not entering your email address in the username field.

 

If youโ€™re a Free customer, remember you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days at a time. Please reconnect to Spotify from the country you signed up in, or change your country setting.

 

Close and reopen the app.


Restart the device youโ€™re using Spotify on.

 

Reinstall Spotify.

 

Check @SpotifyStatus for any current issues.

Thanks for your reply. I followed all your steps multiple times, without any result. It is a very strange problem. Do you know how I can get in contact with Spotify so they can reset the account or so?
