Spotify name in Chinese

Hi! I'm currently a student on premium plan in Australia. I am Chinese so I have both a Chinese name and an English name. My display name and account setting are set to English since that is my first language. However, it appears that recently, my account name has become my Chinese name. It was not like this at the start. May I know why this is so and how I can change this? Thanks!

Hi @Camelia,

I recommend you to first check if you don't have a Facebook Account connected. Try to disconnect Facebook from App Settings, if it's there, you can find more information here.

If that doesn't help, please check if you don't have two accounts, read this guide.

If the display name needs to be changed, it's not possible to be done.
