Spotify not connecting with facebook

I have installed spotify for awhile now, but recently i installed again op my android telephone.

But when i try to login i get an error that it can't login with my facebook account, even though im not trying to login with my facebook account.

This error also occurs when i use the desktop website.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

If you've created your account through Spotify, try to log in using your username instead of your email address.
