On the issue of greyed out songs, it's not right that a whole album is available except one song. I pay my subscription same as anyone in the world. If i'm not getting the same product as everyone else then i am being ripped off and want a refund or discount. It's a bit like going to a music shop and buying a CD and one of the tracks is inaccessible unless i take the CD to another country to play it. Not Good Enough!! Just to add to the frustration, over time songs will drop in out and out as accessible or not. This is amatuer. Again, i pay my dues so deliver the product.
