Spotify not responding to emails

Hi,

 

I've emailed Spotify five times regarding separating our artist page from other artists with the same name. I have filled out https://artists.spotify.com/contact but have gotten no response, and I've checked my spam and junk emails.  I'm using the forums to hopefully draw attention to this. We released a single called Midnight under the name Makro. Please separate us from the other artists named Makro. 

 

Also, we request if we can lowercase the "M" in Midnight and lowercase the "M" in Makro.
