Spotify not showing premium after re-logging into account

My Question or Issue

 I had spotify premium through my fido account. I logged out and re logged into my account with my email, and now my account does not show premium.

Unable to use fido account to login either. Now i cant cancel or access the account and getting charged for the subscrition

I'm sorry you're experiencing trouble. I'm not entirely sure what differences there are between US and Canada subscriptions, but hopefully this page can help.

Hi @vibs99!

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.
