Spotify on PlayStation not linking

Hello,

I have Spotify premium subscription on my PlayStation account but I cannot link to get my mobile phone to sync. It works fine on the PS4 console but when I try to login to my mobile phone it says it doesn’t exist so then I created an account through Spotify.com and when I sign in It says I don’t have premium. I’ve called PlayStation CS and they tried to link in the back end without success. Please help.

Right now, there isn't a way for us to link your account to other services on our end, but let me know what exactly is going on.

What device and Spotify version are you using? Also, a screenshot of the error message you're getting would help.
