My Question or Issue

 I am unable to login on my Samsung TV. When I tap on "available devices" on my mobile or tablet, it doesn't recognize my tv, it only gives me an option for a Google cast and then asks for a pin. My account is associated with Facebook so it doesn't let me log in with a username and password. How can I log in without creating a new account?

Let's try resetting the password for your account here. However, make sure the which email address is linked to your Spotify account first by logging in here, and checking under your Profile.

You should receive an email with a link to set up your password, along with the username you have to use to access your account.
