Spotify on my mobile while on 30-day trial for Premium service?

I am on a 30-day trial for the 'Premium' service, and my account details tell me that I am OK to receive it.  I can get my Spotify music on my PC, my laptop and my iPad, but not on my mobile - I get a message which tells me that " Spotify Premium is required for on-demand mobile streaming.  It's free to stream on desktop".  I don't understand what this means.  What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure you are using the same login details on your mobile? 

Sometimes it can take a while for your subscription to been recognised on all devices. Try logging out of Spotify on your mobile, restarting the phone and then logging in again.

Are you sure you are using the same login details on your mobile? 

Sometimes it can take a while for your subscription to been recognised on all devices. Try logging out of Spotify on your mobile, restarting the phone and then logging in again.
