Spotify paused my premium and i cant get premium back

Spotify paused my premium membership saying it they couldnt take my payment, I'm unsure why this happened because I have enough money for it to be paid out.

I when i tried to reapply for my premium it wouldnt accept my debt card information saying that generic error message.

I would pay via paypal but there is no option for that when you try to pay using the student discount.

So i either have to use spotify free or pay £9.99 p/m for something that should only be costing me £4.99 p/m.

Any help would be appericated.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
