Spotify payment failed a couple of times, now that it works the web player is messed up!

Well my debt card was janky for a while, so spotify went through some failed payments on my account. After I got it all settled and done, for some reason the web player on my chromebook is acting all janky for some reason. It won't let me go back in a radio or playlist, but I don't have any ads and my account is listed as "Premium."

I reset my chromebook, logged out on my computer, even deleted all the cookies and the cache but still nothing. 

Any clue as to what is happening?
