Spotify premium 6 month free trial redeemed but not redeemed

Spotify premium 6 month free trial redeemed but not redeemed

I used promo for 6 months free premium that was offered through sprint but it hasn't been applied to my Spotify account and when I try to re-enter the code it says that the offer has already been redeemed.... but where cause its not on my account.

When you first typed in the code did it say it went through?

Also not sure if they get sent out, but did you get a confirmation email?

No I didn't get the confirmation email. And they do send them. My wife worked fine she was able to redeem her offer and they sent her the email confirmation with in seconds. It never said that mine went through. I never got the confirmation email. It doesn't reflect anything about the offer in my account. And when I tried to just do it over and start from the beginning it says my offer has already been redeemed or the code is invalid. So I don't no

No it didn't say anything. First I was sent a link to redeem the offer. But it wouldn't let me kept saying that my email address was already taken. So I hit login with Facebook and I was able to login that way but the promotion code offer was not applied so I tried to redeem manually by typing in tyne code witch gave the error saying: that offer had already been redeemed. Today it's saying the code is invalid

I think the support guys are going to need to lend a hand with this one. If you could get in touch with them directly using the online contact form including the code they should be able to track it down for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
