Hi,

 

I have recently bought a 3 month spotify premium membership.

I cancelled it because my mobile provider could offer me spotify premium for free, so It expires at the 14th of march 2016. 

Now I want to activate my personal code, but the program says that I already have got a premium account.

 

Do I need to wait untill the premium expires or is there a way I can activate it before that date? At exactly that day I'm going on a trip to England for a week. I won't be able to log into wifi for like 5 days so that would mean no music for me. 

 

Anyone knows if activating de provider offer before the expiring date is possible?

Hi. As far as I know, you will have to wait until your premium ends. But, I suggest you to ask Customer Service too, maybe they can do some arrangement about it. You can ask them with this link https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ Fill the contact form, describe the problem. You'll get an automatic mail, reply it with the same problem description. They take up to 24 hrs to respond.
