Spotify premium account gone?

Hello,

I have a spotify premium account and today I have tried to log in and both desktop and mobile version of spotify tell me my username and email address are not associated with any spotify account? I don't know where to go from here because it wont even recognise my email address to reset my password.

Can anyone please help?
