Spotify premium charged differently from the actual price.

The price for spotify premium in Malaysaia is Rm. 14.90. I started using the premium since January this year. From what I have seen in the receipts in the spotify page, I had been charged USD 6.99 (around Rm 30) from January until June. And from August until October, I was charged Rm. 14.90.

Yesterday, I checked my iTunes account and I had to update my debit card info. Right after that I got an email from iTunes charging me USD 6.99 and a text charging me Rm. 32.40 (Rm.32.40 is around USD 6.99).

Why am I being charged USD 6.99 when the actual price is Rm 14.90?
Is there any way I can get my money back?
How to fix this?
