mine is doing the same thing! i am rather annoyed by this because the whoie reason i bought premium was to stream music on the go. I have reinstalled it about 7 times now and it still doesnt realize that i have purchased the premium package. if it isnt fixed sooner than later, then i am going to be very unhappy.
I love spotify, but I just almost can't take all these problems anymore, I don't want to leave you spotify, but you are not giving us users much of a choice here, PLEASEEEE fix this problem, its EVERYWHERE, stop telling us to send emails to your sales guys, and FIX THE GODDAMN PROBLEM.
I have also downloaded the Premium Trial and it isn't functioning properly. My account information says that I am Premium but I still can not use the Mobile App and I am still getting commercials.
I upgraded to premium earlier today. it actually updated on my pc, but not on my android. i have an htc incredible 2. everytime i try to stream music it says "must have premium". i have restarted my phone and reinstalled the ap about 7 times now and it still isnt working. i am getting rather annoyed by this and if it doesnt get fixed then i would like my money back. i didnt pay for something that i already had for free.

Just renewed my subscription and I'm getting the same problem. I am not able to use my spotify mobile phone app and the desktop spotify is not registering as premium.
Without sounding like someone jumping on the topic, I have the same problem. It is very frustrating. Can this be fixed ASAP??

I bought premium too, no premium features are working for me on my desktop, laptop, or iphone. Until the problem is fixed i feel like users should be able to have it free no charge as a courtsey for spotify not having their program working completely successful yet. How are you going to charge for something that isn't working right? Please fix!

I am having the same problem, I bought premium and now it's not showing up, and I have no access to any features of premium, it is as if I didn't pay(which I did).
Same with me. Fresh install, log out login, clearing cache and contacting customer service all don't work. I wonder when this will be taken care of, because if it isn't soon I am filing a dispute with the bank and getting my money back
i got my computer to upgrade by reinstalling it but ive tried reinstalling the app on my iphone 5 times and it wont upgrade

neither of mine will work. i tried updating the android app and now my phone just whitescreens when i try to load it.
