Spotify premium expired before it should have.

Hello, I am using prepaid Spotify premium cards to pay for my subscription and 14th July I got a message about it expiring in 7 days, but today when logging into Spotify on PC (16th July) it says it has expired already. Why?

I've just taken a look at your account and the Premium should still be active -- as you mention, you still have Premium on that account until 21st July.

Is your subscription page showing that you're on the Free service? If so, that'll be something for our payments team. Get in touch here.

Thank you, it does indeed say 21th july, I was just worried when it said it in the yellow bar with text on the spotify app (on windows). Thanks for the quick help!

Very strange! Hopefully it'll have been a one-off but let us know if it happens again.
