Spotify premium is gone

Hello Spotify Community !

I have been using spotify since 3 years. Firstly i have activated my account in Germany but after spotify was available in Greece, i changed country status to my current country. This account was connected on Facebook.
  Recently, i concidered to deactivate temporary my facebook account. However, when i tried to log in on spotify, my facebook account went back online and activated. Due to this situation, i tried to unlink facebook and spotify through facebook application settings. When i tried afterwards to re-connect on spotify my account was "expired" and i had spotify free instead of spotify premium. Plus i lost every single playlist and so on.
After a little research on google and on spotify communty, i noticed a lot of users deals with the same issue without having any particular solution. My Premium account's id is : 1175760384

I have sent this message to spotify support team before 3 weeks but as you have probably guessed, i have not received any answer. Spotify case : 02446481
