Hi,
I subscribed for the 30 day free trial. I tried logging out and logging in . I also reinstalled the spotify app in my phone. I couldn't get the premium features to work. Please help.

Log out of the Spotify app and then log back in.

Same here. Tried logging out, reinstalling the app, turning my phone off. Nothing works. Won't work on my laptop or ipad either. So annoying as I want to download some playlists for work tomrorow.
