Spotify premium not working

I have bought Spotify premium with my unidays discount and it still says I'm using free subscription but it's taking the money out of my bank account?...

• Try signing in with Facebook as well as your username.
• Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
• try re-installing spotify on all devices, following this guide.

I have tried re installing it and that didn't work and it still says free and I have never signed in with Facebook with Spotify cos I don't use Facebook

Yea I checked everything, it still says free...

let them know, in as much detail as possible (including your OS, spotify version, payment type) what your problem is. if you get an email saying ask the community first, respond saying you have and they'll get back to you ASAP ^_^
