Spotify premium not working

My user is chinoparma. I have tried everything and still in shuffle. Paid already. Dissapoonting. What do i do?

Me too... It´s so annoying.. I already paid for it... Now Ilog off my account because this is the instructions spotify.com gives and I can´t even log in back... error....
