Spotify premium not working

Hey, I can see that all my play lists are still there but they are in grey so can not be played...what does this mean?

Hi missbinx - It seems your last Premium payment couldn't go through successfully. This is why you're back on our free service. 

Remember you can always check your subscription status via your subscription page.

For now I recommend making sure your credit card still meets the requirements outlined on our payment FAQ.
