Spotify premium on phone not working

I have paid for spotify premium and it has been working up until about 2 days ago. It still works on my computer however on my phone it is saying that I do not have premium however, it does not even give me the option to view my account from my phone. I have restarted my phone, signed out and back in, deleted and re downloaded the app and still having the same problem. I am training for a marathon and need my playlists!! Please Help 😞

Hey @smarnitz thanks for getting in touch via the Community. 

First, are you signing into the phone with the exact same details as your desktop? 

Please try signing in with your Spotify username (not your email address) and you should be logged into your Premium account. Let us know how that works for you!
