Spotify premium price hike

$12.99/month!?! You have to be kidding me! Never again will I use Spotify! I've used Spotify for years, but I guess it's back to pirating music... Premium used to be worth it.

Spotify Premium prices have not changed! Subscriptions through iTunes are higher ($12.99) than the normal rate due Apple taking a large potion of the sale, which is why Spotify advises to subscribe through their own website to receive the normal rate.
