Spotify premium subscription through Vodafone

Spotify premium subscription through Vodafone

Hi there

For the last 2 years my spotify premium account was being paid through my mobile phone contract. I have now upgraded my phone on a new contract, and vodafone have confirmed that they have reactivated my spotify premium account for the next 2 years, but my spotify account is not reflecting this (it has degraded to Spotify free). How can I fix this pls? Looks like the 2 systems are not talking to each other properly.

In this case, we'd suggest you getting in touch with our partners at Vodafone directly.

 

They can take a closer look at this, but don't hesitate to write us back if you need any extra help  from our end.

they really don’t know what to do…I’ve been on with them and they are quite confused, is there any way you can link my phone number with my spotifuggle account? I can Private message my account number.
