Hi Spotify! Just wondering if you can help me out with this one. Here's my problem. So, i used my credit card to pay for premium service (49 pesos for three months), 1st account subscribed successfully. But when i subscribe my sister's account using the same credit card, a pop up from spotify said something like "You've already used this promo", so i thought that the promo was available only once per credit card, but my attempt to subscribe was also charged on my CC. Now the questions are:
what can i do?
will i get a refund?
will i get premium?
if i do not get a refund, will i be charged again once the three months promo period ends?

Okay, so, the 3-for-1 deal can only be claimed once per credit card. The second charges to your card should be only listed as "pending," which means they will be canceled within 24 hours. If your money isn't refunded by then, let me know and I will get you in contact with Spotify staff!
