My Question or Issue

 

Hello everyone!

I just started my 3 months free subscription,but when i got to my spotify account settings, i dont see that my subscription is premium. It still says my account is using the free subscription. The weird thing is that i also dont see a cancel button, but i can use the premium features already. How can i fix this? Or will it fix itself? Please let me know because i dont want any unexpected costs.

 

Summary :

1. No download button nor offline mode button.

2. Premium but it doesnt show in account settings + no subscribtion cancel button.

3. Cant change quality of streaming

4. I have unlimited skips, no ads but i dont have the download button.

In order to determine your current subscription type, please visit your account overview at Spotify.com.

 

If your account presented as Free, please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details.

There's a common mistake among users creating more than one account when subscribing.
