Spotify premium won't work

Hi all 🙂


I started off using a voucher (from Jan 20th to Feb 20th) I redeemed. I subsequently signed up for Spotify premium halfway through my voucher's validity (3rd February), and it clearly shows that I have been billed for Spotify premium on my handphone bill. Yet my Spotify app still shows me as a free user. I have been unable to access any premium features since my voucher expired on February 20th. 


any advice on how to fix this?

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
