I suscribed in the promotion spotify premium at $ 0.99 for 3 months but I was charged $ 9.99 for a month. I want a refund and my subscription for 3 months . how do I do this?

Please keep in mind only people who have never used a Spotify trial or used Premium are elegible for the 3 months offer.

This means that if you previously had a Premium subscription, trial or offer, your account isn't elegible for the 3 months one.

That free trial week still counts.
That is the reason you got charged normally.

Ok, I'm gonna cancel my subscription.. Thank you. if I had known I would have taken the $ 0.99 instead of the free week
