Hello there is a problem I did not activate the premium account.

I appear to have my account for free.
How is it possible??

Well, I assume you've recently tried to upgrade to Premium, right? What was the payment method?

 

When we upgrade, we receive an email from Spotify with a receipt and all the needed info regarding our account. Did you receive it?

 

When you click here, does it show as Free or Premium? Does the username matches the one of the receipt?
