Spotify premium

Hey everyone.
I'm currently on a $99.99 plan and I made a spotify account using my Facebook page. I had to delete my Facebook page because I was getting harassed, I didn't no that if I deleted my Facebook account that my spotify account would be gone. Spotify premium was a part of my spark plan and I rung up to spark enquiring my spotify premium account and they couldn't help me and asked to contact spotify. Please someone help me.
