Dear on duty, Sorry to bored you but i need some help. Today, unintentionally, i left my premium spotify account on my iPhone and i didn’t remember my password, so i had to create a new one and i did it accordingly all the normal procedures. Now, when i make the login, it shows that i don’t have the premium account anymore. I do the payment through the apple store every month and i’ve already received the payment receipt this month. This is a problem to resolve with you or with apple store customer service? However, i have another question for you. Do you know, why do i pay 8,99€ every month instead of 6,99€. so you created two accounts with one Spotify Premium account you forgot?

Just creating an extra account doesn't automatically transfer your Spotify Premium. If you are paying for Spotify Premium through the App Store, you can cancel the subscription here - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039

You're might be paying extra as in different European countries, the price varies OR you are paying through the App Store - https://support.spotify.com/article/why-does-paying-for-spotify-through-itunes-cost-more/
