If you're unable to get the Premium subscription with your current card, let's try following this troubleshooting steps.

If your card meets the requirements on the link above, let us know if you're getting any error messages. A screenshot of what you see would be really helpfull. Just remember to hide any sensitive info including the full number of your payment card.
