Spotify quit working

I received an ad asking if I wanted to upgrade my free service to a free trial premium for one week. I kept trying to decline but it would not let me -- the message remained on my iPad screen. I could no longer play music. Then I clicked that I agreed with the free trial but it still won't let me play any music and the message remains on my iPad screen. I want to keep the free subscription which I signed up for yesterday. I also want to listen to the music. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? Thanks

Can you try deleting the iPad app and then reinstalling it? Then login with the same account and see if it works.
